Welcome to T&C AI Services, a service brand operated by T&C Business AI, LLC, a Florida limited liability company (“Company,” “we,” “our,” or “us”).
T&C AI Services is a trade name under which T&C Business AI, LLC provides AI-powered automation and marketing services. It is not a separate legal entity.
These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of our website, platforms, mobile application, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
1. Services Provided
T&C Business AI, LLC dba T&C AI Services provides AI-driven business automation and marketing support services, including but not limited to:
- AI-powered chat and messaging automation
- Lead capture, qualification, and automated follow-up
- CRM setup, configuration, and integrations (including GoHighLevel)
- SMS and email automation workflows
- Appointment booking systems
- Reporting, optimization, and operational support
- Strategy and implementation services for sales and customer engagement
We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of the Services at any time.
2. License to Use the App
Subject to your compliance with these Terms, T&C Business AI, LLC grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to download, install, and use our mobile application on a device that you own or control, solely for your personal or internal business purposes.
You may not:
- Copy, modify, or distribute the app or any portion of it
- Reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble the app
- Rent, lease, lend, sell, or sublicense the app to any third party
- Use the app to build a competing product or service
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices, labels, or branding within the app
This license does not grant you any rights to our intellectual property other than as expressly set forth in these Terms. We reserve all rights not explicitly granted.
3. Use of Services
You agree to use the Services in full compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. Our Services are intended for business use by authorized representatives of legitimate organizations.
Message and data rates may apply for any SMS messages sent to or from you. For questions about your text or data plan, contact your wireless provider.

4. Prohibited Uses
When accessing or using our Services or mobile application, you agree not to:
- Use the Services for any unlawful, fraudulent, or harmful purpose
- Attempt to gain unauthorized access to any part of the Services, servers, or networks
- Scrape, crawl, or extract data from the platform without written authorization
- Upload or transmit viruses, malware, or any malicious code
- Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation
- Violate any third-party rights, including intellectual property or privacy rights
- Use the Services to send unsolicited communications in violation of applicable law
- Interfere with or disrupt the integrity or performance of the Services
Violation of these prohibitions may result in immediate termination of your access without notice.
5. SMS & Messaging Terms
By providing your phone number and opting in, you expressly consent to receive SMS messages from T&C Business AI, LLC dba T&C AI Services.
- Message Purpose: Customer support, appointment reminders, service updates, and marketing messages (only if you explicitly opt in to marketing).
- Message and data rates may apply.
- Message frequency: up to 2 messages per day.
- Consent to receive SMS is not a condition of purchase.

6. Artificial Intelligence & Data Use Consent
Our Services use artificial intelligence and automated systems to process information, generate responses, and provide automation features. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to the following:
- AI-generated outputs (messages, responses, recommendations) are automated and may not always be accurate. You are responsible for reviewing and approving any AI-generated content before use.
- We do not share your data or your customers’ data with third-party AI model providers for training purposes without your explicit, separate consent.
- Consent to AI data processing is not bundled into these Terms. If we require your data for AI model training or improvement beyond direct service delivery, we will request your explicit consent through a separate, clear disclosure.
- You retain ownership of any data you input into our Services. We process it solely to deliver the Services as described.

7. In-App Purchases & Subscriptions
Our mobile application provides access to services through agreements processed outside the app via direct invoicing or our website. At this time, we do not offer in-app purchases through Apple App Store or Google Play billing.
All fees are due as agreed in your service proposal, subscription agreement, or invoice. We reserve the right to change pricing with reasonable advance notice. For billing questions, contact us at admin@tcbusinessai.com.
8. Third-Party Services & Platforms
Our Services integrate with third-party platforms including but not limited to GoHighLevel, Twilio, and other CRM, SMS, and automation providers. These services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies, which you are responsible for reviewing.
We are not responsible for the availability, accuracy, or practices of any third-party services. Issues arising from third-party outages or policy changes are outside our direct control.
9. Apple App Store & Google Play Terms
If you download our mobile application from the Apple App Store, the following terms apply:
- These Terms are between you and T&C Business AI, LLC only — not with Apple Inc. Apple is not responsible for the app or its content.
- Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for our app.
- In the event of any failure of the app to conform to applicable warranties, you may notify Apple and Apple will refund the purchase price (if any). To the maximum extent permitted by law, Apple has no other warranty obligation with respect to the app.
- Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims by you or any third party relating to the app or your use of it.
- You must comply with applicable third-party terms of agreement when using our app.
- Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and have the right to enforce them against you.
If you download our app from Google Play, your use is also subject to Google Play’s Terms of Service at play.google.com/about/play-terms.
10. Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate, lawful, and up-to-date information
- Obtain all required customer consents and approvals
- Use the Services ethically and legally
- Ensure your messaging practices comply with TCPA, A2P, and carrier rules
- Maintain the confidentiality and security of your accounts and credentials
11. Payment Terms
All fees for Services are due as agreed in your service proposal, subscription, or invoice. Late or failed payments may result in service interruption or suspension. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate Services for nonpayment.
12. Intellectual Property
All materials created by T&C Business AI, LLC dba T&C AI Services — including workflows, automations, configurations, copy, graphics, and systems — remain our intellectual property until payment is received in full.
Upon full payment, usage or ownership rights for custom deliverables may be transferred as agreed in writing. General methodologies, frameworks, and non-confidential know-how remain our property.
13. Confidentiality
Both parties agree to maintain the confidentiality of proprietary or non-public information shared during the course of the engagement, unless disclosure is required by law or authorized in writing.
14. Limitation of Liability
The Services are provided “as is” and “as available.” To the maximum extent permitted by law, T&C Business AI, LLC dba T&C AI Services disclaims all warranties, express or implied.
We shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost revenue, lost profits, or business interruption, arising from the use of or inability to use the Services.
15. Termination
We may terminate or suspend access to the Services if you violate these Terms, applicable laws, or carrier/platform requirements. Upon termination, you must cease use of all Services and return or destroy confidential information as applicable.
16. Age Restriction
Our Services are intended for individuals who are at least 18 years of age. By accessing or using our Services, you represent and warrant that you are 18 years old or older.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from individuals under the age of 18. If we become aware that we have collected information from a person under 18 without verified parental consent, we will take steps to delete such information promptly.
17. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.
18. Changes to These Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Any changes will be posted on our website and become effective upon posting. Continued use of the Services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
